do i need to change to temprature if im using cupcake recipe to make muffins?
also, if i add grated carrots to a vanilla cupcake recipe, will it taste like carrot cake? or should i also add something more, like cinnamon?
DO NOT CHANGE THE BAKING TEMPERATURE! DO NOT CHANGE THE TIMING!
Grated carrots and maybe some white raisins?? yummy! For carrot cake most people add cinnamon, clove and allspice. I happen to like adding cardamom to these types of things. Also add a bit more vanilla extract, one teaspoon.
Why do you think cakes, cupcakes and muffins are all different products?? they are only the same product baked in different size pans from the same recipes. tho muffins are usually baked from coffee cake recipes.
