Recipes Cookbook
What cookbook has Easy great quality recipes?
I’m a cooking newbie but am really good at following recipes and have a dad that I can refer to if help is needed. I want to get a cookbook or two or three and find and make great quality recipes that are delicious yet easy and simple to make for my fiance and me. Any suggestions on cookbooks?

Oh yeah, we both love meat (except he hates chicken and I hate seafood), potatoes, italian and mexican food.
I would suggest any of Rachael Ray’s Cookbooks I have quite a few and use them all, she has a large variety of different types of recipes. Also Martha Stewart’s Great Food Fast is a great cookbook with a lot of usable, wonderful, not overly complicated recipes. Every cook should have The Betty Crocker Cookbook, it is a great resource, very informative and has good, basic recipes for about anything you could want to make. I would also recommend subscribing to a couple cooking magazines, then you will always have a ton of variety, try The Food Network magazine, they have a lot of different Recipes From different chefs from the Food Network so there is a ton of variety, styles and skill levels. I would also recommend Cuisine at Home magazine, they have a lot of pictures of techniques so you can learn a lot, plus a lot of wonderful recipes. Enjoy! Happy cooking!!
